January Favourites 2015

Hello,

Firstly I need to apologise for not posting in quite a while! Trying  to keep up with school and blog posts has been hard. I know I don't post that often but it is difficult to keep up so instead of guaranteed posts Friday's and Sunday's I think I will just post when I have time. Sometimes that may be often while others not for a while and I hope you all understand 😘 But you are not here to read my long apology you are here to find out my January favourites!
Makeup favourites:

Makeup Brushes
Ok before we talk about any brushes we need to talk about the Chi Chi blending sponges. They are the best! Once wet they are so bouncy and light and blend out makeup like a dream. I own two the traditional hourglass one (blue) and the slanted top one. I don't own the beauty blender so I can't tell you if it as dupe but from descriptions I here of the geauty blender the sound very similiar. I have been also loving this brush by Bojoius, this came with a blush that I brought and I have been using this for contouring my cheekbones and it is wonderful. Normally I would chuck these brushes but I thought I try it for contouring and very glad I did. I also have been loving this Elizabeth Arden powder brush for powder, blush, highlight and blending out concealer.

Face favourites:
Maybelline instant age rewind is the best for highlighting if you are pale! It isn't going to give a Kim Kardashian type highlight but for me this has been the closet thing I have gotten to highlighting you can actually see. I have been using the benefit they're real mascara and the essence lashes go wild mascara together. These two mascaras are great separately but I always like to use two together and this gives volume and length and doesn't clump your lashes together. I have also been loving this elf eye lid primer in sheer. I tend to not wear eyeshadow on a day to day basis as I find its an extra step I don't need if I am trying to be quick but I wear this every time I wear makeup as it helps even out my eyelids. As an eyeshadow base it isn't that great to me it doesn't extend the time it stays on or prevent creasing. Also been loving the body shop honeycomb bronzer in the lightest shade as being pale bronzers are normally way to dark but this great also good for contouring.
Lip favourites
Avon lipstick in Carnation is my favourite nude lipstick I love it! Essence lip liner in 01 soft rose is my lips but better so it is good to pair with a nude lip or nearly any. Also been loving this cover girl lip balm thing I don't know the name of it as I got at a makeup sale for $1 but I love this to use as lipbalm during the day or to make my lips very glossy.
Beauty favourites
This ultra balm is good for a lipbalm and that's what I have been using it for.

Thanks for reading xx

P.S sorry this late I actually started writing this last weekend but I have so so so busy!

What's in my bag

Hi,

Firstly let me apologise for the missing both of last weeks posts and yesterday's.  Life has been very hectic! School is starting up again soon so I am thinking about doing some back to school posts even though it's a bit late. It was my birthday last week and my sister gave me this gorgeous bag from typo! I am in love 😍!
So I thought I do a what's in bag post. This bag can be carried as a satchel or over the shoulder. I wear it over my shoulder as it is more practical. When you open the bag there are two small pockets and a large pocket with a zip.
In the small pocket to left I have a packet of mints and a lipbalm.
Then in the other one I have a little travel sized Chi Chi watermelon perfume, a small mirror, a packet of tissues, hair tie, baindaids, panadol and what lipstick I am wearing that day.
In the large pocket I have my wallet, anti- bacterial wipes, hand sanitiser, hand cream, my phone and notebook.
In the back pocket I have a pad, snap lock bag and pen.
Seeing as I want to do some back to school posts you may see some extra bonuses during the week. If you have read this far thank you so much!

Love oooo xoxo

December Favourites 2014!

Happy New Year,

I hope you had a wonderful New Year's Eve and were surrounded by friends and family. I thought I share my favourite beauty products from December. Sorry this is up a day late yesterday was my Mum's birthday, we had a lovely day out and before we had left I had started to write this blog post. I was planning on finishing it when I returned home but as we had been driving to the cinemas the car radiator started to heat up, we made it there though. As we started to drive home it completely overheated and the car broke down. So what normally is a 15 minute drive home took us 3.5 hours! we didn't get home till 12:30.

1.  Manicare Artisite stippling brush.
I LOVE this brush! I have been using this for buffing in my foundation, powder and cream blush. I use this for my foundation after I have applied it using my Kmart makeup sponge (pink) and I use this to buff it into my skin, so there is no blending lines. I have also been using it apply powder, this brush is good to apply powder if there is one area where you might want to concentrate the powder on. As it only picks up a little it, it makes it good to cover areas that need more coverage without it looking cakey. It is also really good to apply and blend in cream blush. The only complaint I have about this brush is it sheds hairs which is annoying but besides from that it is wonderful.

2. Elf maxium coverage concealer.
This concealer is good for covering blemishes. It covers spots very well and lasts a while. If you want a cheap concealer for covering spots, I would recommend this.

3. Chi Chi power lashes full lashes.
For the first time I wore false lashes! I LOVE them. I brought these for my dance photos and concerts, I also wore them to when I went and saw Katy Perry at her concert. These lashes look gorgeous onvery fluttery and feminine. You need to go buy these!!

4. Essence bloom me up eyeshadow in rose it up.
This eyeshadow looks pink in the case but when swatched a beautiful pearly, shimmery great highlighting shade. I have been using this in my inner corner and it makes my eyes pop! If you love inner corner highlighting you need this!

4. Revlon precision clear lash glue.
Trying to apply lashes for the first time is tricky and needs lots of practice but having this helped a lot.

5. Rimmel match perfection foundation
This foundation is fatastic! It is perfect for everyday wear and it can be built up for high covergae, without looking cakey. It looks like skin and has medium to light coverage.

6. Maybelline insatant age rewind concealer.
I have been using this concealer under my eyes. It gives average coverage which is not enough for my dark under eye circles! But thats ok as I have yet to find a concealer that completelys covers my under eye circles. This concealer is very good though lasts a long time and is a good highlighting shade if you are pale and fair like me.

7. Lush Wiccy magic muscles massgae bar.
I brought this as apart of my Mum's christmas present and this product is fantastic! After an accident my Mum had when she was younger she has suffered with leg pain her whole life. This product alone has helped so much with the pain. I have used this on my neck and it helped so much. If you have muscle problems, I would suggest you go buy this. Even if you don't this product us great to have just in case!

8. Schwarzkopf Ultimate Keratin Hairspray.
This hairspray is wonderful! I have been dancing for nine years now and hairspray is very imporant! I brought this hairspray and I am so glad. This hairspray holds very well and does not smells like normal hairspray. It doesn't make my hair really stiff and it is just great.

9. Face of Australia face base primer.
This primer is extremely moisturising and helps reduce unevenness in skin tone and texture. It is cheap and just so good. If you have dry skin ho get this!
